Lazy Sunday - Ian Mcnabb

Lazy Sunday and this week top of the shuffle pile is the opening track from Ian McNabb's Gentlemen Adventurer lp. The former Icicle Worker is a national treasure and just keeps quietly releasing greta lp after great lp to mainly indifference from th emusic press , the charts and generlly anyone apart from the core hard core fans
A simple short song with some sumptious west coast harmonies

  1. It's interesting how many amazing bands, singers and songwriters come for Liverpool and its environs! Echo and the Bunnymen, Teardrop Explodes, Wah!/Pete Wylie, Pale Fountains/Shack, OMD all shaped my musical taste and remain massively important to me today. McNabb is an amazing singer/songwriter who gets it right more often than most in touching his listener and getting them to react.
